Verda Alice Kinsley-Menzel

Verda Alice Kinsley-Menzel of Ellenville passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at home with her nephews and caretakers by her side. She was 83.

She was the daughter of the late William and Clara Rosenkranse McCarthy, born on July 1, 1930 in Ellenville, NY.

For over 20 years she was a bookkeeper for Channel Master, she was a member of the American Legion and St. Mary’s St. Andrews Church. She was a loving person that will truly be missed.

She is survived by her loving caretakers and nephews Robert and Douglas

Vasquez-Rowles of Ellenville, John Vasquez of West Sand Lake, Michael Vasquez of Florida, her niece Carmen Vasquez of Austin, cousins James Hoffman of

Montgomery, Nicholas Hoffman of Walker Valley, and Heidi Aldrich of Las Vegas, NV., and Robert Constant of Ellenville, NY and several nieces and nephews. She was the widow of Albert Menzel and William Kinsley.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Loucks Funeral Home, 79

North Main Street Ellenville, NY 12428 from 7-9:00pm. Graveside service will be on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 10:00am at Fantinekill Cemetery, State Route 209 Ellenville, NY 12428.

In lieu of flowers donations in Verda’s name can be made to the charity of ones choice.
