Rosa M. Rivera

Rosa M. Rivera of Ellenville passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at home with her loving family by her side. She was 75. 
 
She was the daughter of the late Jose Antonio Rivera Ocasio and Primitiva Lopez Rodriguez, born on February 5, 1940 In Morovis, Puerto Rico. 
 
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew and loved her. She always made her home a warm and welcoming place for all to come and visit; she will be deeply missed. 
 
She is survived by her devoted husband Jose Rivera, her children Juan Cruz, Carmen Nunez, Evette Cruz and her husband Albert Rivera, Jesus Cruz and his wife Colleen Landis, Wanda Cruz and Eriberto “Eddie” Cruz Sr. and his wife Joy, 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, her sisters Nilsa, Lydia, Luz, Ines, Gladys, Maria Antona, and Maritza, 14 nephews and 19 nieces and a host of friends. She was predeceased by one sister Faustina. 
 
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 North Main Street, Ellenville, NY 12428 from 2-4:00pm and 6-9:00pm. A funeral service will begin on Tuesday evening at the funeral home at 7:00pm.
