Patrick H. Wardynski

Patrick H. Wardynski, Sr., a life long resident of Ellenville, NY passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 59 years old. Patrick was born on March 18, 1955 in Ellenville; he was the son of the late Stephen and Doris (Coniker) Wardynski.

Mr. Wardynski had worked for the Town of Wawarsing Highway Dept. for over 20 years. He was a volunteer fireman in the Ellenville Fire District for 43 years where he was also the past chief and was currently seated as a Commissioner. Patrick was an avid hunter and fisherman. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Patrick is survived by his wife Julie whom he married on March 7, 1981; their children, Tara Wardynski and  Patrick Wardynski, Jr. and his wife Candi all of Ellenville; his sister Mary Wardynski and his brother Ralph Wardynski both of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Madison, Meghan, Jesua, Juliéva, Cayden, Zhnéa and Austin; godchild Tanisha Torres; several brothers and sisters in law as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wardynski was predeceased by his brother Stephen.

Visiting will be held on Wednesday, March 18^th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with a firematic service beginning at 7:30 at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St., Ellenville. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 19^th at 10am at St. Mary and St. Andrews Church with burial following at Fantinekill Cemetery.
