Luis A. Romero

Luis A. Romero of Ellenville, NY passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 8, 2022. He was 61 years old. Luis was born on December 10, 1960 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico; he was the son of the late Elizabeth Garcia and Luis R. Romero.

Luis was a member of the House of Worship Hefzi-Ba in Ellenville. He enjoyed working out, listening to music and playing basketball and baseball. Luis loved his family wholeheartedly and would do anything for them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Luis is survived by his children, Cristal Negron and her husband Jose Negron Jr., Valdy Delgado and his wife Josie Delgado, Kassandra Delgado, Janitzy Romero, Morayma Lorenzo, Maybeth Gage, Raymond Santiago and Joseph Romero; his former wife who he remained very close with, Nannett Colon; his brother, Alexis Romero, his sister, Jerry Romero; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Isabella, Josiah, Jeremiah, Karmelo, Kaleb, Gianni and soon to be Ava Grace. Also surviving are an additional 15 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.

Memorial Visitation will be held at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St., Ellenville on Wednesday, April 20^th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a celebration of his life Starting at 7:00 pm.
