Lorenzo Yates

Lorenzo “Larry” Yates of Ellenville, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Northern Dutchess Hospital surrounded by his family. He was 64. 
 
	He was the son of late John and Olga Grieco Yates, born on March 13, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY. 
 
	Larry worked for many years as a manager in the hotel industry.  He was a devoted son, loving brother, cousin and loyal friend. He will be missed deeply by everyone that knew and loved him. 
 
	He was survived by his siblings Elena Tompkins and her husband Joe Jr. of Ellenville, Frank Yates of Ellenville, Jacqueline Yates and her fiancé John Sullivan of Florida, nephew John Stella and his wife Melissa of Walden, two great nieces Brianna and Brooke, special cousins Angela Payne, along with several other cousins’ and many close friends. 
 
	Visitation will be today, Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Loucks Funeral Home 79 North Mains Street Ellenville, NY 12428 from 2-4:00pm and 7-9:00pm. A Mass of Christion burial will be on Wednesday, June 3, at St. Mary’s St. Andrews Catholic Church, 137 South Main Street Ellenville NY 12428 from 10:00am. 
Interment will follow at Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville.
