Kathryn S. Wager

Kathryn S. Wager a longtime resident of Napanoch, NY and more recently Kingston, NY, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. She was 102 years old. Kathryn was born on June 3, 1917 in High Falls, NY.

She graduated from New Paltz Normal College in 1937 and taught Grammar School in the High Falls School District as well as the Ellenville Central School District. Kathryn married Francis S. Wager of Napanoch in 1939. He passed away in 1983.

Surviving are her daughter, Darlene W. Pellicane; grandchildren, Peter Pellicane, David Pellicane and Julie M. TeNyenhuis; one sister, Frances Elmendorf of Poughkeepsie; great grandchildren, Meghan Pellicane, Maria K. Pellicane, Ava Riley TeNyenhuis and Owen TeNyenhuis.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 16th at Benton Bar Cemetery.
