John Edward Bullock

John Edward Bullock, 60, of Loch Sheldrake, tragically died on Monday, December 23rd because of an automobile accident. The son of the late Richard and Joyce Bullock, he was a graduate of Ellenville High School class of 1983. John played on the school’s football team and the wrestling team.

John was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, and hunting with his family. Family and friends would joke and call him the mayor, because you couldn’t go anywhere where he didn’t know someone. John is missed dearly already by those who loved him. John is survived by his wife Theresa “Terri” Bullock of Loch Sheldrake, daughters Krystal Shorette (Eric) of Montgomery, Melissa Bullock (Dave) of Napanoch, Lisa Bullock (Thomas) of Clifton Park, Victoria “Tori” Bullock of Liberty and John Bullock Jr of Loch Sheldrake. He was the beloved stepfather to Rhiannon Tiger, Amber Tompkins of Loch Sheldrake and Stephen Tompkins of Loch Sheldrake. He was also the loving father figure who raised George Hemion Jr of Grahamsville, Tyler Hemion of Liberty, and Samantha Hemion of Liberty. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Blake Shorette, Andrew North, Gisele Whalen, Amelia Bullock, Johnathon Baggata, and Frankie Campbell. He will also be missed by his siblings, brother Brian Bullock (Lisa) of Accord, sister Kim Capaci (Frank) of Sparrowbush, and brother Richard Bullock (Amy) of Mascotte, Florida, and several nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his daughter Brooke Lynn Bullock, his wife Holly Bullock, parents Richard and Joyce Bullock, and grandson Seth Whalen, along with several aunts and uncles. 

John will be cremated by Loucks Funeral Home, Ellenville and a celebration of life will take place at a later date for his family and friends.
