Genevieve R. Miller, of Ellenville, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 73.

She was the daughter of the late Grover Quick and Agnes Wells, born on July 1, 1943 in Ellenville, NY.

Jennie worked as a chamber maid for many local hotels in our area. She was also a homemaker and loved being around her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed the simple things in life like sitting on her porch, coloring and her cat. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to all that knew her; she will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Andrew Miller of Kerhonkson, David Miller and his wife, Sarah, of Grahamsville and Leslie Perry-Connor and her husband, Darren, of Ellenville; 8 grandchildren: Jake, Kimmy, Joshua, Jackie, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Enrique and Zachary; son-in-law Randy Lawrence of Kerhonkson; niece Michelle and nephews Greig and Billy as well as several other nieces and nephews; her best friends Liz Connor and Joan Damms; and her feline companion Momma Cat. She is predeceased by her daughter RoseMarie Lawrence; daughter-in-law Martha Miller and all of her siblings.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
