Eunice A. Kinscy

Eunice A. Kinscy of Ellenville, NY, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. She was 65 years old. Eunice was born on January 2, 1960, in Georgetown, Guyana; she was the daughter of the late Marjorie and Ian Yarde.

Throughout her professional life, Eunice dedicated herself to administrative work, IT support, customer service and medical billing and coding to name a few, but her greatest joy came from nurturing her grandchildren. She was deeply involved in her community, volunteering at the Ellenville Nursery School, where she lovingly embraced the title of “community grandma.” Known for her big heart, she touched the lives of so many with her warmth and kindness. Eunice cherished her family above all else and found happiness in simple pleasures—enjoying action movies and listening to her favorite music.

Eunice is survived by her loving children, Jason Kinscy and his wife Susan, Crystal Kinscy, and Kimberly Kinscy; her siblings, Jonathan Yarde, Edweena Yarde, Emma Yarde, Liz Yarde, Julian Yarde and Evadne Yarde; and her cherished grandchildren, Jason, Mariah, Maxwell, and Jaxson. She also held a special bond with Keveon Campbell, whom she lovingly raised as her own grandson. Eunice also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Eunice was predeceased by her sister Ena Yarde.

Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Eunice at Loucks Funeral Home on Friday, March 21st from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A celebration of her life will begin at 3:00.
