Eric Raymond Carlew

Eric Raymond Carlew, born May 20, 1986 passed away Wednesday morning, July 27, 2016 unexpectedly at home. He was 30 years old.

Born in Kingston, NY, he is the son of Carl Carlew Sr. and Faith Burnell-Spears. He is predeceased by his father, Carl and step-father, Donald Spears.

He was employed as a sub-contractor for Home Depot.

He is survived by his son, Geovanni Carlew; his fiance, Stefanie Schwander; his siblings: Carl and Barbara Carlew Jr., plus two children; Ray and Kim Carlew plus four children; Robin and Erol Carlew-Tuna plus two children; Faith and Nick Provost plus three children; Shawn Spears plus one child; and Alan Spears, with a special acknowledgement to Shawn, Cortney and Cayla. Eric is also survived by a tremendous amount of lifetime family and friends.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, August 1st at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St., Ellenville, NY 12428 with Rev. Brenda Cates officiating. Burial services will take place at Wallkill Valley Cemetery immediately following the service.
