Doris E. Murdock

Doris E. Murdock of Ellenville, NY, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2014. She was 89 years old. Doris was born on July 10, 1924 in Spring Valley, NY; she was the daughter of William and Marie (Ballard) Dailey.

Doris had worked as a medical secretary for Spring Valley General in Nanuet, NY. She married William Murdock on January 27, 1946 in Spring Valley.

In addition to her husband William, Mrs. Murdock is survived by her children, Robert Murdock of Bradenton, FL, Karen Snyder of The Villages, FL and Allan Murdock of Ellenville; her grandchildren, Carolyn Weber, Christina Hallatt, Michael Murdock and Jennifer Young; great grandchildren, Gabriella Evans, Jack Weber, Michael Murdock, Olivia Weber, Emily Conklin, Ian Hallatt, Mason Murdock, Makenzie Young and Trevor DeMott.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th from 9- 10 am with a memorial service beginning at 10 am at the funeral home. Ashes burial to follow at Fantinekill Cemetery.
