Donna Coombs

Donna Coombs, of Napanoch, NY passed away in the comfort of her home with her husband and daughter by her side on Friday, March 24, 2023. She was 65 years old. Donna was born on May 26, 1957 in Ellenville; she was the daughter of the late Wilton and Helen (Keator) Sheley.

Donna married Michael Coombs on March 31, 1984 in Napanoch. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. Donna cared for her ailing mother for many years until her death. She worked at Imperial Schrade and more recently retired from Rolling V where she was a Bus Monitor. Donna was the Past President, Past Vice President and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Ellenville Elks Lodge (BPOE 1971).

In addition to her husband Michael, Donna is survived by their daughter Erica Brooks; grandchildren, Sadie and Landen Brooks; brother, Paul “Tinker” Sheley and sisters, Lois Tompkins and Linda Gilles.

Donna was predeceased by her brothers Wilton and Jack Sheley.

As per Donna’s wishes no services will be held at this time.
