Daniel W. Budd

Daniel W. Budd of Wurtsboro, NY passed away at home on Monday, March 31, 2025. He was 74 years old. Daniel was born on July 24, 1950 in Monticello, NY; he was the son of the late Adee Budd and Marjorie Schoonover Budd.

Daniel served his country in the United States Army. He was a carpenter for most of his life and in his down time he enjoyed woodworking and working on the farm.

Daniel is survived by a close and dear friend Nancy Francomano, his Brother Victor Budd, his niece, Heidi Budd and her son Garrett Barbosa (Anastasia) and their children: Aurora, Gwendylon and Alexander, and Heidi’s daughter; Emily Lewis (Albert) and Regiana DeAraujo and her children Marcus and Aaliyah His nephew Benjamin Budd, and his son Devon Budd and.

In addition to his parents Daniel was predeceased by his sisters Nancy Pensa and Louise Henderson.

A private graveside service will be held in Fantinekill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an animal rescue of your choice or to an Autism organization.
