Christine Stedner

Christine Stedner passed away January 3, 2019 at
home.  She was born December 21, 1930 to Earl an
Vera Terwilliger. She was one of 15 children.
She married Ralph Stedner, who predeceased her,
on August 30, 1952. They had five children. Willie
and his companion Marion  of Napanoch, Susan
Edwards of Ellenville, Gloria Stephens of Ellenville,
Doreen Brown and her husband Harold (Boo) of
Cragsmoor and infant son Paul Allen, who
predeceased them both. She also leaves behind 15
grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Ellenville United
Methodist Church and UM Women, the Woman's
Republican Club and Cragsmoor Fire Company
Ladies Auxiliary. She volunteered at many Friday
Church Luncheons as well as Wednesday's at the Lunch
Together Program in Ellenville. She loved to get
together with her sisters to "Stitch and Bitch".
                                                     
A wake will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 on Sunday,
January 6th at Louck's Funeral Home on Main
Street in Ellenville. A Funeral Service will be held on
Monday at 10am at the funeral home. Interment will be
in the  Walker Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, as
she as allergic to most, please make a contribution
to the food pantry of choice.
