Christine Lauretta Roman Mitchell

Christine Lauretta Roman Mitchell of Ellenville passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at home. She was 40. She was the daughter of Marvin Roman and Adele Celeste Geraghty, born on February 1, 1974 in Manhattan, NY.

For many years she was a Beautician in the local salons. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her parents, Adele C. Geraghty Sidebottom, Dr. Philip C. Sidebottom; her husband, William R. Mitchell; her children: Gavin Kyle Roman, Amanda Paige Brentnall and Cora Noelle Mitchell; step-children: William and Lynnia Mitchell; step-grandchildren: Lamont D., Landon W., Lina P.M. Frink, and Jayden Mitchell; her brothers: Adem  M. Geraghty, Jerry P., John K., James P., Brian M. Maldonado; step-brother and sister, Alex and Melanie Sidebottom; nieces and nephews: Michael, Chares and Jack Sidebottom, Aeryn Hunt, Jazzmin and Bian Burriss; and several aunts, uncles, sister-in-laws and cousins of the Geraghty, Roman, Maldonado and Eylers families.

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Ellenville Assembly of God Church, 67 Canal Street, Ellenville, NY 12428; with funeral service starting at 3 p.m. with Pastor Brenda Cates officiating.
