Charles Robert Cox, of Ellenville, died Saturday November 8, 2014, at his home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle against cancer. He was 35 years old. Charles was born on July 6, 1979 in
On October 28, 2014 Charles had married Dorothy (Collins) Cox in Ellenville where they lived and where he was a self employed Contractor for CH Home Improvements. Charles was previously employed by his longtime mentor Mike Mansfield of Golden Builders. He enjoyed fishing and listening to music.
In addition to his loving wife, Dorothy, and his mother Letha Cox, Charles is survived by his four daughters; Destiney Dennis Cox, Maia Cox, Rhyanna Collins-Cox and Tatianna Cox, his step-father Herman Cepeda, his in-laws, Rev. Julius and Vernice Collins, sisters-in- law Shirley Bowens and her husband Jesse, and Carrie Germany and her husband Harold, his godfather and uncle, Robert St. John, his Aunt Charlene Cox and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting will be held on Wednesday, November 12th from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Loucks Funeral Home,
