Bert Eugene Kulp

Bert Eugene Kulp of Napanoch, NY passed away in the comfort of his home on Monday, February 3, 2025. He was 86years old. Bert was born on November 5, 1938, in Shickshinny, PA; he was the son of the late Bert and Eleanor (Johnson) Kulp.

Bert dedicated 3 honorable years to serving in the United States Air Force following his graduation from high school. After his service, he married his beloved wife, Jane Wright Kulp, and together they built a wonderful life. Bert excelled in his career as a Shipping Supervisor for Channel Master and later at VAW of America, where he loyally worked for 41 years before retiring.

In his leisure time, Bert found joy in various outdoor activities, such as hunting and fishing, but his true passion lay in gardening, where he found solace and fulfillment.

In addition to his wife Jane, Bert is survived by his children, Leonard Kulp, Gary Kulp and his wife Tracy and Kimberly Kulp and her partner Paul Lynch. Also surviving are his sister Shirley Turner and her husband Ronald; his brother Paul Yaple; grandson Gregory Kulp and his wife Fallyn; step granddaughter Lindsey Staesser and great grandson Hudson Kulp.

In accordance with Bert's wishes, services will be held privately. 

The family kindly requests that, in honor of Bert’s memory, memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
